Welcome to Goshbag All the items you can see on our website are available to buy on-line. Use the search options to find what you're after; just click on the item and then select your size and quantity, then click on the 'add to cart' icon. From here you can go back to order lots more stuff or proceed to the checkout. Please remember at present we only accept google checkout and paypal completely secure no need to reinsert your card details.

- What happens if I forget my password?
If you have forgetten your password go to the Login page, under the password box click on the text saying 'Forgotten your Password.' You will then be sent an email with a new password.

- How do I pay?
For your convienence we accept four different payment methods.
For UK customers, we accept Paypal, Googlecheckout, postal orders and Cheques.
For customers outside UK, cheques are not accepted and only Paypal, and Google Checkout are acceptable forms of payment.

- Are all the items listed on the website in stock?
All the items displayed in our store are held in stock in our warehouse. If the item you want is not shown, it means we do not have it in stock. We keep a close eye on what our customers want and do our best to get them back in stock as soon as possible.

- Is it safe to order online from Goshbag?
When you arrive at the checkout or account page our system passes your details via a 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted secure page. This means that your browser encodes what you type, and the server decodes it. Anyone 'listening' to traffic en route can make no sense of the number. Every trading web site uses the SSL encryption system and you can tell you are in secure mode when a little padlock icon appears at the bottom of the screen or the website address in your address bar starts with HTTPS.

- How much is post and packaging?
Delivery Information
All Items are despatched Immediately
Please note due to protection for both seller and buyer yout item will only be sent
to the registered delivery address of your google or paypal account.
Deliveries can be made to UK and Republic of Ireland addresses only.
Deliveries are made by royal mail service
PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries as all items are sent recorded delivery.
UK Delivery (2-3 working days)
Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £3.95 per item.
We also offer next day guaranteed delivery service before 1pm for a fee of £8.95
Republic of Ireland Delivery (up to 8 working days)
Postage and Packing for all Republic of Ireland deliveries is at a standard charge of £11.95.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.

- Promotional codes and Discounts
We will occasionally offer promotional or discount codes via newsletters or on the site, these will only apply to orders placed online and you will need to enter the promo code during the checkout in order to receive your discount.
Regretably we cannot supply these discounts retrospectively, so if you want the reduction you need to enter the code at the checkout, if you don't enter the promo code you will not get the discount.

- Can I return unwanted/damaged items?
Returns policy
To return an order
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website, also please remember postage is non refundable either inward or outward.
Please note - Your dispatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
